He goes for a run, comes home, quickly showers, joins the family for breakfast comprising orange juice, cereal, and a cup of tea. Bob then jumps in the car and drives to work fighting the traffic and doing a good job to arrive on time for his 1st meeting. Bob walks in the door, turns on his computer, checks his e-mail, grabs a cup of coffee and heads towards the meeting room.

The meeting lasts for an hour and some of the conversation is heated. His head is spinning so Bob goes down to the desk of a friend and starts to chat in order to relieve their head spin. He grabs a soft drink on the way.
