Bookings


Step 1. Send us an email (see contact form below) noting your intent to join the trek. Review the Trekking Information while you wait for our confirmation.

Step 2. Note the arrival and departure dates for the trek and secure airline seat booking. (see below)

Step 3. Pay your deposit online or by bank transfer

Step 4. Download trekking preparation guide book and information booklet

Step 5. Plan your gear purchases, either in Kathmandu or from home.

Step 6. Note the visa requirements for Nepal. Visa on arrival is possible but there are long cues

Step 7. Make sure your insurances cover you for non technical trekking and that your doctor knows you are going.

Step 8. Have fun training for the trek.

Payment Includes
Accommodation in Kathmandu Bed and Breakfast - 2 nights from arrival and two nights on return (share twin unless otherwise requested)
Accommodation is twin share 3 star hotel in local Kathmandu  (Tibet Guest House) . Upgrades are possible to five star.
Pick up from and delivery to - international and domestic airports
Sleeping bag, down jacket and gloves (rental for the trek period)
Trekking Permits and government charges
Flights up to and from Lukla by STOL aircraft.
Trekking Guides and Porters
Provision of "porter carry bag" for all your gear for the trek.

All accommodation and food on the trek - fixed menu 3 meals plus tea and coffee with each meal.
Porter and guide insurances, clothing and meals as per international standards for porter care.

Celebration cultural event in Kathmandu on return.

Cost Excludes
Purchase of Water anywhere on the journey (we think it's an environmental disaster)
Trekking gear - Clothing (you can buy in Nepal at around $150 all up)
Soft drinks and alcoholic Beverages (alcohol is strictly restricted on ascent)
Personal Medical needs (emergency first aid kit provided)
Rescue and medical insurance
Extended delays due to flight delays
All meals in Kathmandu (breakfast is included)
All meals in Namche Bazaar. Breakfast is included.
All insurances and liabilities
Cost of cancellations for any reason

Please note for International tickets. This is off season trekking. We are flying up to and down from the mountains. Therefore, flight delays are possible and sometimes international tickets must be rescheduled. WE cannot take responsibility for costs of such rescheduling due to weather. Please check your ticket conditions.
