This is a wonderful step in life, to become aware of the impact of what we think, do, say, feel, and the environment we choose on our life.

We've gone beyond ground zero of blame and anger so, we're prepared for the responsibility of taking care of our impact on others and our own wellbeing. Stress is eliminated and happiness flourishes.

This step influences our relationships, friendships, associations and community. We're no longer bound by mass hysteria or the lowest common denominator at work. We get the idea that there's a hierarchy of consciousness, from the lowest and loudest, to the highest and most silent. In this we get choices and that's the essence of real empowerment.
